6 Days / 5 Nights

Day 1

Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, meet and assist, transfer to hotel for overnight.

Day 2

Morning tour of Amman, including the Roman Theater and the Citadel, departure to visit the Greco-Roman city of Jerash and the Mameluke / Arab fortress of Ajlun.  Return to Amman for overnight, via the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.

Day 3

A day to explore the historic King’s Highway. Start in the mosaic city of Madaba, take a detour to the breathtaking heights of Mount Nebo. Continue south to the Crusader castle-town of Kerak, through some of the country’s most dramatic mountains and valleys, and arrive at Petra for overnight. 

Day 4

Enjoy discovering the natural and manmade mysteries of Petra in the morning light.   Drive south to Wadi Rum for a jeep or camel ride in the desert, followed by a ride on ATV 4-wheeler motorbikes for a whole new perspective.  Continue to Aqaba, via the dramatic Ras en-Naqab escarpment, for overnight.

Day 5

A morning dip in the Gulf of Aqaba and breakfast with a view of palm trees and the purple-pink mountains of the Sinai, overnight in Aqaba.

Day 6

Departure from Aqaba port, or transfer to Amman international airport .
